UPDATE; although I’m keeping my review below, The lovely owner did reach out to me and I am very pleased with the way she handled the situation. I do plan to give them another try. Iris is great! She did my full set the very first time I came here, as well as the last two times and I haven’t had any complaints or issues! She is very friendly and gives me just what I want every time! Unfortunately, this last time around, my pedicure was not as good. I came in the next day just to get a polish change because the polish did not dry well and looks messy. They wanted to charge me $12 for this when I literally was just there the day prior and paid $50. My pedicure itself wasn’t even done well (which I wasn’t even going to complain about at first,) I still have so much dead skin on the bottom my feet and my toes just looks a mess like I never had them done. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and although I love Iris, I will not be back.

do NOT book with this place if you value upfront, honest, & quality customer service. i called in to book a refill as i already had a full set on, spoke with Jess, please note I have not been getting my nails done for long so I do have a couple questions about the type of powder/polish i need, so all was set. i come in and am told that the service will cost $45 plus add ons- fine by me! next thing i know they are SOAKING OFF MY PERFECTLY SHAPED NAILS?? and telling me my total will be $105! Hell no! Save your money, book elsewhere. Also, please take a note of how they let me walk out, these nails still have acrylic and color all over them, so uneven, so disappointed. As a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER, they could have at least discounted my service. I am so saddened by this experience.

It’s nothing worst that paying $190 for a set of nails and pedicure and you don’t like them! It took 5 different ppl and they still didn’t get it right! No one wants one person doing your pedicure and a person on each hand! Each hand looks like a different person did them. Nails are thick and crooked! A waste of time and money. I’m going on holiday and will have to spend more money to get another salon to fix this! I just keep staring at my nails in disappointment! Never again!!

I have been to this place before and have had great experiences. Earlier had gotten acrylic manicure and gel pedicure, this is the first time I got a dip manicure. June 3rd - I got the dip manicure with simple design for ring finger. Paid 60$. June 4th - I noticed that the design peeled and had scuff marks on other nails, I called the nail salon told them the issue they said to come back the next day and they would fix it. June 5th - I asked them if they have parking, they said no. I paid 10$ for the parking, so that’s another 10$ out of my pocket. They ended up redoing the top coat and did not charge me for that. June 10th - one week after I got the manicure, it peeled again at the same spot. In conclusion, after 70$ and two trips to the nail salon, the manicure did not even last for a week.

Urban Nail Bar has much more to offer than nails As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time. The salon's pricing is competitive and offers great value for the quality of service provided. Super nice and friendly service. They were wonderful

Always a great experience at URBAN NAIL BAR ! Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. The staff members are skilled in applying nail wraps or overlays for individuals looking for additional strength and durability. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. My tech did an amazing job on my nails and was very sweet and kind!

I came to this salon because I followed a couple of my nail technicians who started working here, and I couldn't be happier with the service! It's gorgeous inside, and I appreciated the cleanliness and quality of polishes and products. Their prices are better than other shops in the neighborhood! I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend coming here to anyone wanting a relaxing experience.

URBAN NAIL BAR is the best in the area by far. Came here I had a pedicure, one of the best experiences 10/10! The salon offers a variety of treatments for individuals with natural nails, focusing on nail health and maintenance. We have a wonderful experience getting you relaxation on! High quality, beautiful color options and such great hospitality from everyone there.
